The properties listed below are in different stages of development and will be offered for sale in the future. Don designs a plan for each property as if he intended to own it forever. Some of the projects that his team completes are food plot establishment, timber stand improvements, hunting blind installations, feeder installations and maintenance, road establishments, tree stand installations, fruit tree plantings, etc. When these properties are sold, they are ready for the new owner to start hunting.
