This 75-acre Scioto property is one we acquired in the summer of 2023 and is accessed at the end of a dead-end road. It is one that we feel has a world of potential for the buyer with a limited budget or a hunter who hunts alone most of the time. We have already cleared two food plots on the property and installed feeders with blinds to be erected in early 2024. What excites me about this property is the obvious saddle situated right between the two food plots. We had this terrain feature in mind when we selected the locations for the plots. This saddle should be a great stand or blind location during the entire season but especially during the rut. By adding a feeder and a mock scrape this loca- tion should be red hot and every buck in the neighborhood should pass through here.
