Higgins Tree Farm has multiple sites in Central Illinois where we grow a variety of evergreen, ornamental, shade and landscape trees. Our main farm is located 3 miles south of Gays, Illinois or approximately 7 miles southwest of Mattoon. We sell trees to the homeowner looking for a small number of trees for their yard or the contractor who may be looking for thousands of trees. We also offer delivery and planting of our trees and have completed tree planting projects for golf courses, cities, building contractors, park districts, government agencies, businesses and private individuals. Our reputation as a fair, honest and knowledgeable tree business has led us to complete tree planting projects in several Midwestern states and we have shipped trees to many other states as well.
